What I Offer
❈ My primary focus is full-color fantasy character art and scenes in those spaces. I love designing characters for use in fantasy spaces and the interactions they have between themselves and their environment. I especially love illustrating people of color and LGBTQIA+ characters, be those single characters or small groups.
❈ I do my best to stay true to character body types and that is the main reason I ask for any and all references you can provide.
❈ I do both SFW & NSFW work so keep that in mind when flipping through my portfolios.
What I Won't Do
❈ The obvious, no racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc content is something I will not touch and outright decline.
❈ Illegal themes as well are on the no-go list.
❈ If you’re unsure feel free to send me a DM and we can discuss it.
Commission Status
❈ My commissions are currently open for both commercial and non-commercial projects. These slots are waitlist slots for December and January.
❈ I open commissions on a monthly basis, 1 or 2 rush slots are available with each opening.
❈ Current Opening: Nov 17 - Dec 1
Active Hours
❈ My work hours are Mon - Fri between 9 am to 8 pm EST. I may reply to inquiries outside these hours but I try my best not to for the sake of my mental health.
❈ If you have an urgent work-related matter feel free to message me and I’ll do my best to get back to you.
Other Notes
❈ This is my full-time job and my work is priced accordingly. Payment plans are available.
❈ I have chronic fatigue and ADHD so my energy levels and focus are sporadic but I aim to have each commission completed within the 2 - 3 month time frame. Strict Deadlines will result in a rush fee.
❈ Waitlist slots are always open, just DM me either here on discord or on Tumblr or Twitter to discuss.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
General Terms
❈ Please fill the form when commissioning me.
❈ Provide image references. Commissions without image references will incur a character design fee.
❈ Visual references and details are up to the client to provide. Visual references can be stick figures, screenshots, Pinterest boards, etc.
❈ I have a right to decline any commissions.
Payment
❈ Prices are in USD/$❈ An invoice will be sent once you have been selected.❈ 50% of the Payment is expected upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval unless otherwise discussed.❈ Payment Plans are available for non-chibi commissions! DM me to discuss!
Process
❈ Clients are welcome and encouraged to suggest posing and background ideas for their commission.
❈ Clients will be sent WIPs during the sketch and lining phases. Edits should be finalized before the commission progresses to the rendering stage.
❈ Commissions are usually completed within 3 - 4 months. This is dependent on many factors such as Health, complexity, or general life issues.
❈ Commissions with hard deadlines will take priority and incur further fees.
Alterations/Revisions
❈ There is no alteration fee for the concept sketch.❈ After the cleaned sketch minor alterations are acceptable, major alterations will carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece. Fees will be decided based on the time spent to apply the change.❈ I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.
Copyright/Usage Policy
❈ I, the artist, hold rights to the produced drawing. I am allowed to use the finished artwork to promote myself and in my portfolio.The commissioner is allowed to:
❈ use the completed artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
❈ Print the art and claim rights to their character(s) but not the artwork.
❈ Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. A link to my Twitter will suffice as credit.❈ No artwork produced by me, Enbyprincex/EnbyPrinceSalem, is permitted to be used in any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.❈ No artwork produced by me, Enbyprincex/EnbyPrinceSalem, is permitted to be used in any machine learning-related technology, this includes AI art, AI generators or any future inventions in the space.
Canceling/Refunding Policy
❈ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.
❈ You, the client, may cancel your commission at any time.
❈ Commissions canceled by the client after full payment has been received are eligible for 20% of the payment to be refunded. The remaining 80% of the payment is compensation to me, the artist.
❈ Commissions canceled after I have begun work will not be refunded.
